Havelock City mall Loyalty – FAQ’s

Shop at Havelock City mall to earn and redeem points. Enjoy special offers and discounts exclusively for Havelock City mall loyalty members.

It is the exclusive loyalty programme of Havelock City mall. As our valued loyalty member you will be treated as an exclusive member at Havelock City Mall.

You will be able to sign up with our loyalty programme by downloading HCM Smiles – Loyalty app or through the Havelock City mall website or at the KIOSK located at Havelock City mall.

Havelock City mall Loyalty programme is a cardless, digitally based Loyalty Programme. There is no membership fee. It’s totally free to join. You will earn points when you shop at Havelock City mall under various platforms.

Points accumulated under the programme can be exchanged for E-Coupons where you can enjoy tons of offers and discounts from our participating retailers and you will also enjoy special parking privileges.

Residents of Sri Lanka, who have a valid Sri Lanka Mobile Number.
Membership is not available for Corporations or other legal entities.
Activation of Membership is immediate upon completion of the mobile application or Web or KIOSK registration. Membership cannot be transferred.

Points do not represent a monetary value.
You can earn points under various platforms introduced by the Havelock City mall. Points cannot be redeemed directly from the purchases you make at Havelock City mall. Points can only be exchanged for E-Coupons to claim offers from participation outlets, Mall Gift Vouchers, Gifts and Memorabilia and for car parking facilities.
All earned points will expire on 31st Dec every year.

If you wish to terminate your membership, please e-mail to ……………….. or make an inquiry at the Mall concierge table.
Havelock City mall has the sole authority to terminate the membership if a member found guilty of misusing the membership.
