HCM Smiles E-Gift Vouchers - Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall govern the issuance, purchase and use and other activities involving Havelock City mall Smiles E-Gift Vouchers issued by Havelock City mall (Pvt) Ltd.

You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms if you purchase, use or carry out any activity or transaction involving E-Gift Vouchers.

• E Gift vouchers are available through the HCM Smiles loyalty programme on Mobile App/Web/KIOSK and are only available to individuals who have successfully registered themselves as an HCM Smiles loyalty Member.

• A member wishes to purchase HCM E-Gift vouchers, can redeem the required points and add the desired E Gift voucher to their E-Wallet.

• You may purchase E-Gift vouchers worth Rs.500. Rs.1,000 etc, and the points needed to complete the transaction are mentioned on the mobile app/website/kiosk. The company may from time to time change the points needed to purchase E Gift vouchers without giving prior notice.

• To claim the purchased E Gift, the member needs to visit the mall concierge table and ask for the assistance of Customer Service executives. They will issue a physical gift voucher which is in the form of Rs.500, Rs.1,000 etc.

• E-Gift vouchers are valid for a one year from the date of the issuance. No extension of the validity period is granted unless the Havelock City Management decided to do so.

• E vouchers once issued , cannot be exchanged back for points or cash.

• E-Gift vouchers can be redeemed from any participating outlet in Havelock City mall.

• Multiple E-Vouchers can be used in a single transaction with a participating retailer. One E-Voucher is valid for a one-time use.

• An E-Gift voucher cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, expired or if it is unlawfully obtained. The company shall not be liable to re issue or replace any such E-Voucher.

• Havelock City mall may from time to time amend the terms and conditions of E-Gift vouchers without prior notice and will publish the amended version on the loyalty application.

HCM Smiles – Car Park E Vouchers

• Havelock City mall Car Park E-Vouchers are only for the usage of Havelock City mall Smiles Loyalty customers.

• Car Park E Vouchers are available on the mobile app and those who wish to purchase them must redeem the required number of points and should add them to their respective wallets.

• 1 Hour Free Car Park Voucher will be given for 100 HCM Smiles points. Havelock City may from time to time change the offer details without prior notice.

• To receive the physical Car Park E Voucher, the member should visit the mall concierge table and get the assistance of a Customer Service executive.

• To use the Car Park E Voucher, it should be presented at the car park exit cashier counter.

• HCM car park E voucher terms and conditions will be published on all loyalty platforms and Havelock City may from time to time amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

By using the website, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. By accepting the terms and conditions you will be entering into a binding agreement with the company to use the service provided by the HCM Smiles Loyalty Website of the company.

• The HCM Smiles website will provide general information relating to HCM Smiles loyalty programme, events and promotional details as well as products ,services offered by participating retailers of Havelock City mall.

• Members can view the existing Loyalty promotions offered by participating retailers in the form of E-Coupons and they can purchase e-coupons in exchange of points and add to their E-wallet.

• To use the purchased E-Coupons from the website, customers should come to the concierge table at Havelock City mall and get the coupon codes printed with the help of Customer Service executives.

• Information relating to E-Gift Vouchers and Memorabilia are available on the website and members should obtain the assistance of the concierge table to redeem those.

• The website should not be used for any harmful, illegal or other purposes that are not mentioned in the terms and conditions.

• You must not engage in any conduct or any activity that will damage, interfere and harm the operation and the security of the website.

• The company may from time to time, and without assigning any reasons or prior notice, change the terms and conditions of the website and may from time to time amend or restrict the access to part or all of the website.

• The company may decide to restrict the website to any user who violates the terms and conditions of the website.

The download and use of the mobile application of HCM Smiles Rewards programme is subjected to the terms and conditions stated below.

By using the mobile app, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. By accepting the terms and conditions you will be entering into a binding agreement with the company to use the service provided by the mobile app.

• The mobile app is only available for the HCM Smiles registered loyalty members.

• The user must be a resident in Sri Lanka who is above 18 years old to register and use the HCM Smiles mobile app.

• The mobile app will allow the registered members to access to the loyalty programme, view offers and promotions from participating retailers; purchase and use of e-coupons; view and edit user profiles and check the transaction history.

• The app and its content is only available for personal use and not for commercial use.

• The mobile app should not be used for harmful, illegal or for any other purpose that are not mentioned in these terms and conditions

• The company may decide to restrict the mobile app to any user who violates the terms and conditions of the website.

• The company may time to time, without assigning any reasons or prior notice, change the terms and condition of the mobile app and may from time to time amend, restrict the access to part or all of the mobile app.

HCM Smiles – Membership

• You are bound to provide true, accurate and up to date details of yourself at the registration as a HCM Smiles loyalty member.

• Havelock City mall has the right to cancel or deny the access to a profile which was found to contain any false, outdated or inaccurate information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the login information and you will be responsible for all the transactions and activities that occur under your account.

• Once you have setup the profil , you have access to the HCM Smiles programme and you can start earning by transacting with the participating retailers and any accumulated points can be used for purchases of E-Coupons, E-Vouchers, Gifts and Memorabilia and any other methods that the company introduce to the loyalty programme time to time.
